Buyer enquiries looking for potential suppliers
When an enquiry comes in it is logged and a message is sent out to potential suppliers of interest to see if they would like an introduction to the buyer.

Requests to be on the external supplier directory
Suppliers are sent a link to a survey monkey page which asks for the relevant details that will then be uploaded on to the websites supplier database.
The information is stored on the external supplier directory.
Lawful Basis for Processing – Consent: the individual has given clear consent for you to process their personal data for a specific purpose.
Industry contacts internal directory
Updated as and when industry contacts are acquired in order to fulfil the services that Joyful Original offer of acting as an industry facilitator and inter branch organiser as well as delivery of industry events.
Lawful Basis for Processing: Legitimate interests: the processing is necessary for your legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party unless there is a good reason to protect the individual’s personal data which overrides those legitimate interests.
