At Joyful Original we are all degree educated in industry related subjects. Chris our co-founder worked as a professional photographer for over a decade and Liv, our other co-founder, has worked as an illustrator for just under a decade.

WordPress is our preferred Content Management System, otherwise known as a CMS. WordPress is a scalable, often source platform that’s user friendly and can be used for ventures both small and large. WordPress has an easy-to-use integrated interface which allows users to update content themselves without having to learn how to code.

WordPress also has e-Commerce capabilities via the WooCommerce plugin, allowing you to have a fully functioning website open 24/7/365.

We can also use other website building platforms including Wix and Squarespace or we can even build a website from scratch using HTML, CSS, JS and other programming languages, should you require it but we recommend WordPress for its ease-of-use vs price.

Page Mock-Ups – These are visual representations of your ideas for your website and give us a starting reference for building your website. These can be as simple as hand-drawn ideas or full digital representations.

Definitely! Not only is it our job to design and build websites, but we can also regularly update and maintain them for you once the website has been complete. Our website maintenance service is offered for a monthly management fee but we will only usually offer this service to clients who have their websites hosted by us.

Our simple website designs start at just £680 + VAT and our prices are calculated on how many hours a project will take to complete, based on an hourly rate of £85 + VAT per hour.
